Kia ora, Bay Tiling, this is Anna’s AI assistant. Calls are recorded. How can I help?

  2. Caller

Hi, we’re redoing our bathroom and want it retiled. We’re in Kerikeri.

  3. Kūmara

Lovely. Is it the floor and walls, or just the floor?

  4. Caller

Floor and walls, and the shower. The old tiles are all coming off.

  5. Kūmara

Got it. Is the shower tiled now, or an acrylic one?

  6. Caller

Tiled, with a step down. We’d like it level, like a walk-in.

  7. Kūmara

Thanks, I’ll note that for Anna. Roughly how big is the room?

  8. Caller

About two and a half metres by two.

  9. Kūmara

Anna can come and measure up Monday at eleven. Would that work?

  10. Caller

    Monday’s fine. It’s Linda, 12 Cobham Road.

  11. Kūmara

Thanks Linda. A measure-up for a full bathroom retile with a level walk-in shower, about two and a half by two, Monday at eleven at 12 Cobham Road, Kerikeri. You’re booked.
