Kia ora, Hibiscus Pest Control, this is Dan’s AI assistant. Calls are recorded. How can I help?
- Caller
Hey, there’s a wasp nest by our deck. The kids keep getting stung. We’re in Ōrewa.
- Kūmara
Ouch. Has anyone had a bad reaction, like swelling round the face or trouble breathing?
- Caller
No, just sore. They’re fine.
- Kūmara
Good. If anyone does, call 111 straight away. Can you see where the wasps are going in?
- Caller
There’s a hole in the ground right by the steps. Heaps of them going in and out.
- Kūmara
Thanks. Any pets that’ll need to stay inside while Dan treats it?
- Caller
Yeah, we’ve got a dog.
- Kūmara
Noted. Dan can come tomorrow at four. Does that suit?
- Caller
Yes, the sooner the better. I’m Raj, 25 Centreway Road.
- Kūmara
Thanks Raj. A ground nest by the deck steps, with a dog to keep inside, tomorrow at four at 25 Centreway Road, Ōrewa. You’re booked.
