  1. Kūmara

Kia ora, Brightwater Painting, this is Mere’s AI assistant. Calls are recorded. How can I help?

  2. Caller

Hi there, we’d like a quote to repaint the outside of the house. We’re in Stoke, in Nelson.

  3. Kūmara

Lovely. Is it weatherboards, and is it one storey or two?

  4. Caller

Weatherboards, two storeys. The paint’s flaking pretty badly on the north side.

  5. Kūmara

Ah, right. Do you know roughly when the house was built?

  6. Caller

    The seventies, I think.

  7. Kūmara

Thanks, Mere will want to know that. Any timing you’re hoping for?

  8. Caller

    Before Christmas would be ideal.

  9. Kūmara

Noted. Mere likes to see the house before quoting. She could come Tuesday at four. Does that suit?

  10. Caller

Perfect. I’m Helen, 3 Songer Street.

  11. Kūmara

Thanks Helen. A quote visit for a two-storey weatherboard repaint, built in the seventies, Tuesday at four at 3 Songer Street, Stoke. You’re booked in.
